The Conference of Minority Public Administrators (COMPA) is one of America’s leading national organizations committed to excellence in public service and public administration in city, county, state and federal government. Hampton Roads COMPA will continue to gather virtually at this time due to the COVID-19 Epidemic. Virtual meetings will resume in the Spring of 2022.
